Hey everyone,

I picked up this angel around a week ago because I was told it was reef safe. But it decided to nibble on some of my monti's so I have to get rid of him. It is a gorgeous 3 inch midnight/nox angelfish that is in great health. He is eating well and very well behaved other than the coral nipping. It is currently in my refugium so I would like to get him a new home pretty fast! I would recommend this fish for a FOWLR.

I payed $30 for him, so I am asking for $30 or a few frags or a colony or some kind.

Since he is in my sump I pulled a photo of the net to show you what they look like!

Thanks everyone!

+1. Never heard "reef safe" angel before. Even dwarf angels are hit and miss.

Bump.

Good luck with the sale.

everyone will tell you 50/50.... but after a year and a half of working in a LFS... i've yet to come across a good one! lol!

50/50 is a way to say "I have no idea if this fish is reef safe". No knowledge is necessary to give a 50/50 chance. If you know what I mean.

My coral beauty is "safe " after a year and a half... But even she had risk factor 50%. Lol. I now give her a 75/25 safe/not safe.

Anywhoooo... Beautiful fish. Tough luck on the odds.

If it was an LFS I would personally approach them with it.

Not to hijack further, but now I'm worried that I left my Emperor and clam together in the tank today :)
