I have somehow managed to acquire 3 Waveboxes. Enough hoarding...

#1 Tunze Wavebox 6212 comes with Wavecontroller 6091, two magnet holders 6080.50, and photocell. Works well. $275

#2 Tunze Wavebox 6212 comes with Wavecontroller 6091, two magnet holders 6080.50. No photo cell. Controller has some issues operating under 24V and 20V, but seems to work just fine under 18V. Has run on my 90 for 2 years on the 18V setting with no issues. $225

I can ship at a really good rate at buyers expense. 2-day shipping to BC would be about $25.

People offering trades get priority, as do people I've dealt with before.

Trades:
~ Tunze 6105 powerheads
~ 36" 4-bulb T5 fixture
~ 48" Giesemann halide + T5 fixture (I would put money in on this trade)

I have received several offers of Vortech trades. Not interested in Vortechs. Anyone have any other trade offers before I let them go for cash?

How will this work in a 6ft 225g?
will it put any wave in it?

If the wavebox operated on 24V it would make a great wave in your tank, but the remaining wavebox will only run on 18V or lower. Works great in my 90 and would be good in a 120, but I wouldn't put it on a 6' tank.

Just curious is this the controller that doesn't work at the higher v? The reason I ask is that I am looking for a slave wave box to go with my current set up so the controller would not be used.

Long story short...wavebox #2 is back up for sale. I have a different power cord for it now. I have had the Wavebox running in my 90 for 2 yrs, plus about a month with the different cord. There is a "gain" knob (for lack of better term) that controls the amount of power going to the pump, so that can be used to keep it turned down to where it will operate. If it is up too high (like when the other power cord was on 24V) the pump just vibrates and doesn't pump water. It seems I can operate it up to about 3/4 power which is more than what I need in my 90. Same idea as using the 18V setting instead of the 24V setting except the knob has finer tuning. This wavebox has had this problem since I bought it from another Canreefer about 3 yrs ago, so it doesn't seem to be a progressive problem.

Asking same price $225 or $240 shipped.
