Have a picture of the mother colony red planet? The color looks off on those frags.

Thx Scott for the frags. You have an amazing tank and the frags are great. Feel bad didn't have enough cash to buy more :) I would get the red planet if you plan to come down town or south, as it is quite a drive for me from sommer set :)

The frags aren't "off" as you say. It depends on placement in the tank. Bright pink and white at higher elevations. When you place the coral lower in the tank, it gets that green in it that you see quite often see. I personally like the placement he has for it, as i'm trying for that mint green w/ other typical red planet coloring.
Very nice coral!

I am mistaken then.
And even if it wasn't an actual red planet if you were in Edmonton I would buy a frag. Because it looks great.

I've never seen it with white like that personally. My frag (right from ora) even within 4" of the surface always had the green, no white. And I have enough light that most sps bleach out about 1/3 up.
But it is a nice coral, and if it was from ora originally then it is a red planet, so my argument is invalid.

Have 1 of the original red planets left and a couple more that I more recently cut. Also have 1 multicolored pocci and some orange digi's left.

Bump for a really good seller, Scott has one of the nicest SPS set ups I have ever seen.
The Red Planet is the same stuff I have and certainly authentic, OC--> Laurier---> John---> Scott meaning it's at the very least 5th generation and quite accustom to tank life. Hands down the fastest growing coral in my tank, like stated it has quite a range of color.
I got my Red Planet off Laurier but here is one of the 5 colonies that have all taken off in growth.

And Birdsnest, Convexa & Red Digi all grown from small frags.

Thanks Levi. Glad those frags turned out nice for you too. Your tank looks great! I still haven't had a chance to see it.
Do you have any way of getting frags to Edmonton ??

I've never shipped livestock before so I'd rather not and I'm not able to make the trip up in the next few weeks due to work. Not sure if you can find someone driving up.
Herm ,I might have someone popping down or coming up in the next little while ...
I'll let you know in a few days
