lol, yup!

The reason that I'm laughing, is because the place I found it, I normally would of never stopped at. I was at home depot looking for some syringes, and the guy there told me to goto Lee Valley. Anyhoo, its a hardware store, but sorta like a order store. You go thru some catalogs, then give a list of things you want to a person, and they get it for you. They have a lot of display's there as well, and on one of the displays I saw that Jig there.

Sorry for the long story, but yet, you can get it at Lee Valleys. (edit I just did a search, and there isin't one in victoria, only vancouver/coquitlam)

btw, I'm not sure if its the EXACT one jasper one, however it did look pretty similar.

From a quick search on their website (http://www.leevalley.com) I found 2 circle jigs:

Universal Circle Jig item: 46J91.01 $29.50

Precision Circle Jig item: 46J91.03 $46.50

The House of Tools chain carries the one Gujustud posted ($29. one). You drill a hole in the guide for whatever radius you want.

Lee Vally doesent carry it at all, I have been looking for this one localy for 3 months now  and have not found it anywhere on the island yet.

Brad what kind of holes do you want to make with this? it won't work for anything but flanges and you will have to put a hole in the middle of the flange for it to work.

Steve, I want to cut round holes between 2-1/4 and 18". This is perfect for that!
I guess I'll order it online then.

ya but if you think about it it will leave a ugly edge if you are using it in a way that you are throwing out the inside. these types of guides are for making circles not holes.

I to make holes you need a template. I have found one that will go up to 4" holes but thats it. I am thinking of making some out of MDF for larger sizes.

It's actually designed for making holes, not cicles. It's made for cutting out holes in speaker boxes. It will do what I need.
