I would like to add some vitamins to my frozen foods for my fish. What can I add besides garlic extract?

Selcon but it is better to soak a little dried food like pellets or flake to deliver the selcon.
Frozen food does not absorb much selcon or garlic.

I rainse my frozen food with fresh water in a brineshrimp net then shake off all the excess water, soak it in selcom and garlic for 10 minutes to get maxiam absorption then feed.
