If you can find them at 399, I'd recommend you buy them as I can't see anyone selling them use anytime soon

yup I agree, even for sps, you will be lucky to power those up to 50% you'll have awesome coverage, just hang them like 8-12 inches above the water

the sad part is i cant hang them
my landlord wont allow me
so i got the default stand/rack thingy with it
i dont know guys i did a par/lux reading with this meter thingy my friend has and it only showing 180 at the bottom and my tank is only 19 inces deep
i have seen people get about 380

never mind close the thread, my fault i didnt know you could turn these bitches up, still getting used to it
saved myself 399 boys
but thanks for the help guys
also another fault was that i didnt have the data cable hooked up to the other light so one went brighter and the other just stayed at default but yeah i guess this is what you get for not reading the manual

Par is a tricky subject with leds, its different then t5s or halides.
Talk to Greg (The Grizz) Or Martin Mcnally about the custom hanging kits they mount to the back of the stand, and curve over the tank and are height adjustable
