50 gallon breeder

Hi all, I was just wondering if there was any interest in a 50 gallon breeder. It is 36 x 18 x 18 with a drilled cup internal center overflow which has 2 1 inch holes for drains. Tank also has steel stand, 20 gallon sump and all plumbing for the drains. For a return you just go up and over the back. Also have a return pump for it and possibly a skimmer as well. Looking for $250, thanks.

I suppose you could use the first chamber as a refuge but then there would be no room for the skimmer. I'm sure baffels could be removed though and you could make room.
