Hi there
i am selling a marine land reefbrite led 48" fixture
this unit has been running for about a year now
selling because i am moving towards different kind of lighting
the leds are great and all my corals have bee doing excellent they are extremely bright
they have a lunar mode as well
purchased this light for about 490 with taxes and everything from jl aquatics
the only issue with this light is that i am using a off the shelf adaptor which does not have enough capacity to run all the leds all the leds work fine rest assures its just a set of three on one side seem to flicker at times
spoke to marineland and they are happy to send replacement parts if needed but even without the missing three lights the unit is extrememly powerful
there is no timer function on this sadly

please make sure that your tank is minimum 48inches long before even considering to buy these
the unit has extendable legs that can add a few more inces as well (will give it a maximum length of 60")
these leds are great and cheap on power and have a ten year life span replacement parts from marine land are cheap as well
a replacement led set will run you about 60 dollars which includes 6 white and 2 blue leds
but so far no replacement has been needed
do not be alarmed at the 3 non working lights have a look at the unit and them make a judgement
price is negotiable to a certain extent
