shopping in Seattle & Portland??

Intending to visit the USA ( Portland & Seattle) with family next weekend... was wondering if there are any worth while marine pet stores like our J&L stores. Are Petco's any good? Yes, I am aware no corals and livestock can be brought back but it is always nice to drool at.

Barrier reef aquarium in Renton on the way back for fish stuff, Nordstrom outlets in Portland is awesome for clothing(no tax)
