Tank decision?

Okay so here's my problem. I have a 55 gallon (4 feet by 18" tall by 12" wide) and a standard 90 gallon ( 4 feet by 24" tall by 18 wide) both with everything ready to go. I just can't decide what one I should do for each tank. Predator, sps 100%, mixed reef. What I have in qt right now is a Mombasa lion Fish(4-5 inches) and a Atlantic blue tang (2 inches). Both in different qt tanks.
