:biggrin:WoW:biggrin: I never seen that much interest for these dolphins before,I think we might have to end the purchase earlier than said.
A little info.
These are hybrid dolphins and yes they are egg layers:biggrin:.
requirements 120 glns with unrestricted top and a freezer full of sardines.
After a heated discussion with the fisherman,...yes we will get an adult whale of choice with reaching over 40 dolphins.(WoW this is exiting)
Payment is through EMT not paypal.Stay tuned as soon we will group buy parts of the ocean.:biggrin::biggrin:

My wife is concerned about the splashing as we have hardwood. Do you think we will be able to train it enough to not splash? I searched the forums for 'dolphin train splash' and only found a couple of threads but they were for adult dolphins.

ok every one
lets get real here,
lets put aside the $$ to get one, as I would consider this as something you save for, ore gust get a bit of L.O.C. to get it
but what you all forget is that every now and then, we se reefers napping on the price of salt, in relation to how often you do a water change and how big the tank is.
reading up a bit, thy eat a fair amount, and thus, it has to go somewhere (out the dolphin's plumbing.
do you know how much maintaining good water will cost you, by doing water changes !!
these cost hit you each time you do them,
and I hate it if some get into it, and after a while realise, it is not for them, and put it up for adoption,
than someone ells gets it as a pet pall, and after a year again realise it is not for him.
we se it so often, its fun, it's nice, get it.
so I urge to consider the cost that will hit you for up keep.
if you can convince your wife, no more tanning, forget the RV, kids, hmmm, thy can bike to school, and in stead of a flat screen, you walk to the library, than go AHEAD.
(all assuming your income is 150.000 minus) in case you have more than 150.000, don't consider the cost, only the fact that you go into it for a minimum of 20 years ore so (and if you have any feelings for the fish, YOU CANT DIVORCE ! and move on)

If you ask the fire department nicely the might let you use the fire hydrant. For salt collect them from the road when snow all melted.

Are you positive it is a dolphin? Sounds more like a great white. Easy to confuse the two as they look almost identical, except for the drain on top of the dolphin's head.
