Looking for some live rock/sand to set up a 20 gal clown fish tank for daughters bedroom. Anyone in Edmonton area have extra they want to part with?

I would be looking for about 10-15 pounds LR and about 10-15 pounds live sand, but will take any that anyone wants to get rid of. Its a new set up so just really looking for enough that I will be able to put 2 clown fish in fairly quickly.
