I need help with setting up my RKL controller

I had spent hours and hours last night try to figure out how to set up the Reefkeeper lite controller, the basic one model I just bought it. I hope someone here can help me with this.
I would like to set the time for my T5 lights and Moon lights on/off 2 times a day. I know how to set on/off one time a day with each plug in/outlet, but not twice a day with different time settings.
Help me please S.O.S.

This is for T5

T5 on 7:30AM
T5 off 8:30AM
T5 on 9:00PM
T5 off 10:00PM

This is for Moonlights

MOON on 6:45AM
MOON off 7:35AM
MOON on 9:55PM
MOON off 11:00PM
