90 Gallon SPS - restart after move

I recently moved from Vancouver Island to the mainland and had to shut down my 90 gallon corner bowfront which had been running for a couple of years. Here's what it looked like on its 1 year anniversary:

The coral and fish went to a really good home (Chaloupa (Sarah)) and I kept the CUC and live rock in rubbermaid containers for 3 months while the move was underway. I set up some space for a tank in the basement of my new house but opted to use a standard 4ft 90 gallon tank instead of the corner tank. Bought a 90 and stand from Aquatek (Scott) on here and got started with the set up in December.

The live rock lost a lot of its colour while it sat in the containers but otherwise came through nicely. The CUC survived amazingly well. Here's what the new 90 rectangle looks like in the first month:

I've got 3 hydor koralia's on the back glass tucked away in the rock work (2x850gph, 1x1050gph). The overflow return run's at about 500gph.

I situated the tank in front of a closet and ran the plumbing and electrical through the back wall into a utility room that is behind it. The sump set up in the backroom looks like this:

The tank sits through the wall to the left of the sump.

I got a good deal on these two used dosing pumps and have them both set up on timers. They're both feeding from old salt buckets with fresh water/calcium additive in one and fresh water/alkalinity additive in the other. I've got each timer currently on 20 hours per day and this is keeping the top up water level constant. The plan is to hook them to a float shutoff system before summer hols. I'm still playing around wih the concentration of the additives and adjusting as necessary.

So had my first hiccup today. This brown staghorn started to show some bleaching in the centre stem 2 days after being added. My best guess was too much light (under new 400Mh) so I dropped it to the bottom of the tank. This slowed the progress of the bleached area but I ended up fragging the frag and tossing the white section. Placed all the new fragged pieces in darker areas of the tank and crossing my fingers
