Edit: I like my Modular LEDs but don't have a nice tank to really show them off like most of you do.

Coleus is right, was there today, Dave has 3 different models on a nice new tank, along with a great looking tank rail/mount.

AI - Maxspect- Radion LED are "Modular LED".

You bring up a good point. I guess those can be considered "modular". Although I am referring to this -> http://www.modularled.ca/

That's "Modular" with a capital 'M' :-)

This thread is all sorts of win. Somehow you're going to show up somewhere and said person will have a pfo solaris to demo.

It is but bring some frags so you get a better idea
There's not that much stuff in there. I also have different DIY LEDs on the main display if you're looking for other options. I can offer some advice regarding which is better and why.

I have a 5.9" x 12" light from Modular LED that I am putting together.

Currenty there are 3 royal blue boards and 2 neutral white boards on it
My goal is not to have a fan, so its not loaded up yet.
I hope to get it mounted in the next few days.

I'm going a slightly different route in that I'm forming a "hood" from sheet aluminum to direct any stray light downwards.

I'm not in Calgary, but can easily bring it in as I'm downtown every day anyways.

You won't believe me but that was a trap set just for you haha. I needed something obscure and well... regardless of its performance it fit the bill lol.
