It looks kind of like the "implosion paly" on zoaid.com. but yours seem to have more of a skirt, which could just be happier paly's.
I call them PITA Paly's!! they spread and choke out everything around them!!

Those palys spread really quickly. I have been trying to get rid of those for about a year and a half. Right when I thought I have won they come back with a vengence. I call them weeds or scurvy.
