Hi All,

Planning to set up a new 130d Red Sea Max tank in Toronto. All I have bought so far are 40lbs of reef saver rock from bulkreef supply..

Looking to buy the following... happy to also hear any suggestions as to the best (cheapest) places to buy the following new (not sure if I what I am going to buy new and what I am going to buy used- obviously depends on the price):

1. Red Sea Max 130d
2. Tunze 9002 protein skimmer
3. intank media rack
4. Vortech MP10ES or another wavemaker
5. Tropic Eden Reeflakes Aragonite Sand or West Caribbean Reef (or other new very white sand)
5. RO-RI Unit (would also consider buying pre-mixed water from somone in T.O. on a reg basis)

I havent turned my mind to it yet... but there is a ton of other stuff I need to buy (test kits, salt, cleaning equpment etc.) Trying to take care of a few items at a time, but happy to jump on things if there a good prices avail.

Hi.

:welcome: to Canreef.

Any one of these (http://www.canreef.com/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=62) will be more than happy to help you out, check out the individual sites they usually have specials on.

If you wish to buy used (gently) locally, check out Advanced Reef Aquatics (http://www.advancedreefaquatics.ca/catalog/), Flavio usually has used items for sale.

Cheers.
