What are these guys through-out my sump?

I have never attempted to remove them and just wonder if I need to?

Not sure what they're called but harmless and adds to the biodiversity. Found in many sumps & skimmers & tanks.

Just a type of worm/feather duster, good guys, don't worry.

They are basically a type of feather duster and are a filter feeder.

fan worms, could easily reach 2, 3 hundreds of them in my overflows and sumps.
