ahhh...what happened to my maroon

I bought a pair of maroons last week. They were bright orange with bright white stripes. Now...the female is almost black with dark silver looking stripes...the male still looks bright and beautiful. WHat happened? shirley

She went female...and is feeling protective and threatened. :smile:

It is also quite common for the male to be more orange.

Well I can't help with the clowns but I would like to say hello. Long time Shirley :smile: . Doug Lowey was trying to get a hold of you back in June but I don't know if he was successful or not.
