You're lucky enough to live in PG, I had to have my "frags" shipped to me and everything is still doing great.

Whatcanyoudo's frags are excellent (large, colourful, hardy & affordable). Hard to ask for anything more.

AllClearPG may have some soft and LPS frags available as well. But I don't know of anyone else in the area with a frag tank...
