Jonathan,

Dibs on your clams & sps when/if it happens. Unless Deb's already called it

What's the deal

Evan.

Well, basically we might be moving into a new house. We are still researching our option's and chatting with banks. The new house is just down the road so it's not a far journey.

If it happens I will sell my setup (EVERYTHING!).
It's a decision I made. Katie want's me to move everything but I don't have the heart to do such a thing if we were to move.

So keep in mind people that everything might be for sale soon.

Not a sad thing so no grumps

Yikes! Dibs on, on.... oh never mind... this is too weird.

I worry that you might not get a decent return on your costs to this point. I guess you would part it out then? I can't imagine needing any of it... I'll leave that to the high rollers...

Sheesh Jon. Can you sell the tank with the house?

Man, all that work you went to. Oh well, here's a chance to go bigger!

I woudl like to sell the tank with the house but the problem would be that it takes a pretty specifc buyer.

Anyone want to buy a new house with a tank room in the basement and an almost finished basement?

Christy, yes a new house

Steve, The house is allready almost all built that we are looking at. Mainly moving because intrest rates are so low right now that we can get a larger house for the same monthly payments. We wanted to go with Sterling but they are not building in Evergreen right now. We have that trade up certificate thing.

Mitch, yes but I will probably keep a smaller tank on the main level. Nothing in the basement for a few years. unless I can have the 230 on the main level

I think tentatively, the plan will be:

Friday afternoon - North stores

Saturday - South stores, south tank tours, reef meeting

Sunday - Sleep, North tank tours

You guys know where you fit in, so if this doesn't work for you, let me know and we can do some fine tuning.
