I've searched hi and low, been to Revy, Home Depot, etc.. no one knows what I'm looking for and frankly I'm not entirely sure myself. Is there something I can use that does the same thing or should I just get the becket and.. WHERE can I get it locally.. I mean Vancouver/burnaby area... any ideas?

Crappy tire has them, they are not beckett but they are the exact same deal. I thinkthe manufacturer is called Wetlands, it's a brand of pond equipment. The beckett costs $14.99, if you can't find one let me know i'll ship you one for the cost.

Jack Canadian Tire said they didn't have any of their pond stuff in but they only get a small bit of it anyway, they said to try one of the larger stores, when I asked which ones she said "I dunno, one of the bigger ones"

Hello,

Yeah these Beckett thing are a problem in availability. My original supplier told me that they don't carry them now. Yikes.

That's okay though as I prefer to build calcium reactors anyway.

Hello,

Another reason why I said forget beckett design, and go mazzei

Hello,

I actually have thought of Mazzei before. However, I still decided against it because of cost (I think... can't remember exactly). But it has always appeared to be an interesting injector to try.

Are beckett foam jets discontinued?

You can still buy them at:

Well I got one ;)

Haven't started actually making my skimmer yet. Still working on the design. I got the model #584 (3/4"). I'll try testing it with a Mag5.

Will post up info as I get the skimmer made, and under testing.

They have them in Calgary at Rona too. Expensive though, I think it was $40 in a kit....

$40CDN for 3/4"? Thats pretty cheap. I've seen them run over $60/usd.

I do know that kent marine also makes them, I saw them at JL. I'll work with the original mazzei for now, and then try the kent one out later.
