Hi there,
I'm ready for new sump, cant find anything what I want so I designed it my self, so here it is

http://photo.vivo.sk/jpeg/61/263546/_n/17c0bf8/sump-design

I called 3 Edmonton glass cutting companies and I received some quotes for glass.

Here is the list:
1x 72x20, 2x 72 3/4x24, 2x 20x24 from 10mm glass
5x 20x20, 1x 20x8 from 6mm glass

Speedy Glass 1110.00 + GST (they don't do any work on edges)
All West Glass 651.00 + GST (10 days waiting for 10mm glass for outer shell, beveled edges)
Glass X Inc - never heard from them back.

are those prices ok? it seems to be big difference between them or can I get it somewhere cheaper? Ill be drilling and gluing it my self.

get yourself a used tank that is approx those dimensions and then just have the baffles custom cut. You'll save hundreds of dollars.

that's the problem, only way how to bring this sump to the sump room is in pieces and need to be put together on the spot.

buy two smaller tanks and drill a hole in both, attach them together with bulkheads. Once one tank fills it will overflow into the second. You can do three tanks if you are that constrained. make sure the connecting pipes are big enough to handle the flow.

ya, I have something similar to what you are suggesting right now and is not working very well, that's the reason why I designed this to serve my needs exactly .
