How does this work? Do they drop it off your house? Anyone tried asking for local delivery?

That's a good question. If so I could save alot of time and effort. But then I'd feel like such a bastard for making those guys drive around all the time!

They just drop it off at your house. I made 2 orders online before and they just called me when they had time to come drop it off. I think theres a minimum order though, I forgot how much

do you think they ll give you better quality livestock if they deliver it to you locally because when they deliver livestock to out of towners , they alwayz get the best live stock

No I didn't
I only ordered my lights and cleanup critters so I don't know about livestock quality. My snails and crabs seem fine

and we always wonder why j&l is understaffed...Its because some of us are too lazy to do a 15-30 minutes drive(If you live in the lower mainland and theres no traffic)

Don't blame the customer for using the service. If it doesn't work operationally, don't offer the service.

You guys who live close are lucky, it takes me at least 45 minutes
I only ordered when I first started out and they only came after store hours though
And due to that service before, I make the effort to go there now
