What is the best way to get a diverse array of life for your biological filter while avoiding pests like aiptasia and bubble algea?

I've started with dry rock and MicroBacter7. How can I get small worms, coepods and other small life?

Thanks!
Brian

One best way is to seed it from a trusted reefer(pest free tank with a lot of life)
I have no problem offering you some sand and or live rocks small pieces if you like.

I remember back in the days, pet stores use to sell live sand (garbage) out of their tanks.

I will give you a good amount of live sand for free.

if you're still looking for good lil hitch hiker buddies shoot me a PM, i'll occasionally put together HH packs with stomatella snails, asterina and micro brittle stars, and these cool tiny burrowing self reproducing cowries all very neat, always loved the hitch hikers better than anything you could purposely buy
