Cant get registered

Hello Anyone from saskreef.ca.

I am looking to join this site as I have recently moved into Prince Albert. Unfortunately I can not for the life of me pass the random question to get registered. I have tried everything that I would consider the correct answer. Please help me out. PM please if anyone see's this.
