I am looking for a smaller tank because I am seriously thinking about downsizing. The ideal tank would be around 24"L x 16"W x 18"H or 36"L x 16"W x 12"H. It does not have to have the exact measurements mentioned above but it must be wider than 12". I should also mention that I don't want to go for anything bigger than 30 gallons. If there is anybody that has a tank with more or less these measurements then make sure you get in touch with me. Oh, and it would be awesome it was rimless but this is not a must.

Another option is to have somebody build me a tank but the quote that I was given was way too high. It was around $600dlls and that's simply way too much money for such small tank. I am also open to buying a Solana, Cadlights, Biocube....etc

Please let me know if you have something similar to what I am looking for or if you know somebody that builds tanks for a decent price.

Cheers
D

Yup, I'll do it when I find the right set up. My reef is looking better than ever but as you know I live in a condo and I don't want to have that much water anymore, just in case it breaks. Getting out of the hobby is also an option so if that happens there will be lots of nice corals for sale.

don't know if above suits you or not but anyway if you're considering downsizing i would be extremely interested in your rock flower anemonies.

I suggest getting a Red sea max 130 or 130D... small foot print and with the stock stand, you can build your own sump for additional bio load and cooling/ ato.... or build own stand to fit a bigger sump, DIY lighting.

If you use it stock, it comes with its built in power bar , skimmer, timer and lots of DIY projects including LED or a cheap T5 HO/ MH from places like aquatraders.com.

I think it you wait and look on craigslist and here, a deal for a used tank will come by between $200 and $400 for the tank and stand.

Yeah, a RedSeaMax 34g is an option too and I am not in a rush to get this tank set up so I'll wait until the right set up at the right price shows up.

Thanks
