Epoxy seems to be the method of choice. you just need to mix the 2 parts together and put in place and let set up.
If you need more support, drill holes and insert acrylic rods and then add the epoxy.
strap it together with zip ties.
All depends on what your building.

I find drilling the two pieces and zip tieing them together works very well. I see some guys using the epoxy after to cover any of the ties that are showing.

Thanks for the tip! I didn't know you could do that, I just do my best to make them stable as separate pieces.

If you going to do the zip-tie method make sure to use the ones with plastic teeth as apposed to the metal.

As well as black as they are UV protected.

Out of curiosity, how would I be able to do this if one of my rock is full of mushrooms and other goodies. Would I just skip the epoxy and go straight to zip ties as I wouldn't want to dry it out.

The epoxy cures underwater.Just mix the 2 part epoxy place it on the bottom rock then place 2nd rock on top try not to move the rocks as it is pain working with the epoxy
