Used for 16-18 Months. Only used T5 bulbs.
This fixture includes 4x 6' T5 bulbs, 3 mini compact metal halide, 12 lunar lights.
Halide lights are brand new and 2 T5's are burnt out.
Ballasts are built into light fixture.
