go to Home Depot grab a humidifier float valve, some of their JG type fittings and ice maker size water line tubing. Take a old salt pail (or something like this (http://www.canreef.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=72874)) and you have a reliable gravity ATO for 20 bucks. Little piece of plexiglass is handy for making a bracket for the float.
