Nice stuff. Man you just nailed the shot of the dragonfly - super.

The dragonfly was the most obliging insect i think i've ever got. He let me get 1:1 on him without stirring. Thats a single exposure but would have loved to really set up and taken a focus stack at an even sharper aperture. I'll have to keep that tucked away on the to do list.

Here's a little further back to see the wing details.

Find a dead one =) Awesome shots man. The detail in the dragon fly eye is incredible. That pic of the old truck indicates the ole stick shifter hasn't seen action in some time. I can really identify with that photo for some reason (thanks for that).

Brett if your shifter isnt getting used then just double clutch and start shifting them yourself. :twised:

Before I was married I could have sworn I drove an automatic. It's very much manual these days.

Awesome pics... that pooch is pretty sweet!

Actually just FastStone Image Viewer. I just run the photos through the border tool they have then embed text afterwards.

As for the truck, I have a ton more pics from that visit. There's an amazing place over in northwestern washington where someone has a couple dozen pieces of machinery or old cars and trucks scattered all over his property rusting away. Some really interesting stuff. I'll have a dig through and find you a couple more.

Aaaaah you suffer from the old Model-T syndrome eh? Only comes out twice per year and even then it still has to be hand started.
