Is this safe / GE silicone ll 100% Silicone for windows and doors / I have clear and black...
Or should I be buying a different type?

DO NOT USE GE2!!!! What you need to look for is GE SCS 1200 or GE 1 orgo to Home Hardwear if there is one in Edmonton and get there name brand that states aquarium safe right on the front label.

I am waiting for Edmonton Fastners to get there shipment of GE SCS 1200. Red Deer Fastners is going to buy a case and bring it in for me. If you are not in a hurry I could probably spare a couple tubes.

Thanks for the offer / however I am in the process of putting together the baffols in a sump tank for my main tank that is sitting with water in it up to my drilled inflow.... thank you very much for the offer though....

Ok, I know marine apprentice uses GE1 clear without any issue but I like the Home Hardwear stuff because it states it on the tube.
