ok I'm having a brain dead moment, normally I think of really weird ideas but...
I have a Eheim 1260 pump that's vibrating on the floor of my sump. Didn't come with suction feet. (bought used) what can I use around the house to help with the vibration???

thanks.

careful with the mouse pad because of the glue, and certian foams will leech.. I would just grab a sheet of filter media from your local store and lay it on the bottom of your sump. I did and it works great.

good luck.

Old used suction cups from dead heaters/powerheads etc. Most hardware & dollar stores carry suction cups too. Coil up some rubber air line tubing? Should be able to rig something up.

Ditto, suction cups with plastic ZapSnaps ;-) safe and easy !

My mousepad is made from the same material that wetsuits are made of. One piece, no glue holding little pieces together. I thought they were all like that until I had a look at others.
Right, you do not want glue dissolving in the sump

I ended up just tying some airline around it on each end of the pump lol. I'll make it look nicer later.

Thanks for the brainstorm!

You can also get a multi pack of suction cups from the dollar store store or Daiso. Just get the ones that come with removable metal hooks (and remove them).
