I was cleaning out the garage when I came across my BM-200P instructions sheet. It is worth a good laugh. The important instructions follow the heading notice:

Funny how if they want to market to the world, they should at least get someone with proficient English to write a decent manual. I am sure that they have SOMEONE who can do a better job. Heck, they should have contacted us Canreefers to write the manual.

I read about 4 lines of mine before tossing it. Sad part is, I'm a noob and I NEEDED the instructions.
I've managed to get-by and I get it now but, c'mon, really....
Its probably written in Chinese, Japanese... whatever then a program translates it.
If you want a skimmer with purdy instructions buy a bubble king you want a low cost skimmer to run on your tank well you get crappy instructions.
their English is still better than my Chinese.

My BK didn't come with instructions, neither did any of the ones I've installed in the past. I guessed they figure if you spend that kind of money you should already know how to use it. Did you get instructions with a BK??

I've often thought about starting a translation service, translating pre-translated English to real English. It's not exclusive to Asian either, try reading European manuals, same thing!

You at least got some instructions.
My Vertex Alpha Cone 300 which cost $1500 + doesn't come with instructions.
Now it doesn't take a rocket scientist to get it up and running, however an explanation on the 2 sets of air intake and a recommendation on the optimum depth settings for the pumps would be nice.
