Need New Pump For Remora Pro

I need to replace the pump on my Remora Pro skimmer. Does anyone know how big of a pump I can use? Wit a Mag 350 the collection cup was pretty much sitting as high as I could get it. I am guessing that if I put a bigger pump on it the cup would have to be higher.
