Prince George was rated as the most dangerous city in Canada this year in Macleans magazine. I think we're up to 8 murders this year for our population of 75000 :first:

SAY WHAT!!!!!
A few days ago in Didsbury Alberta an older couple where fighting about how he was putting up some garland. The old dude had enough, went and got his shot gun, handed it to the wife and said just shoot me now.
AND SHE DID!!!!!!! Right in the face. She called 911 and told them she THINKS she shot her husband!!!!!!!!! And then told the cops she did not think he would have handed her a loaded gun.
WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's terrible stuff (all of those stories). Every day I read stuff like that it makes my heart heavier.
Not much you can do except try to find reasons to remain cheerful (there are plenty of reasons still), be nice to your fellow citizens (even if they don't always deserve it, do it anyhow) and lend a helping hand when you can.

Yikes! Good thing there was no confusion...
Not uncommon to see this here in Toronto, good thing is that generally speaking, few innocent people end up dead. Mostly drug related issues being settled.....

We're often near the bottom of their most desirable places to live list, was that it? Or perhaps they have a list for air quality that we're ranked poorly on...
