I don't think he was actually swimming in the water. The angle makes it appear like perhaps... PERHAPS it is a camera just below the surface of the back of the boat. Just what it looks like to me. Would be pretty dangerous to be in with a feeding frenzy like that.

Oh far out, they took the video down. That's too bad, I wonder why.

Ok, imagine that you were snorkeling off a boat and a bunch of hungry sailfish were hunting a bait ball. The fish are darting this way and that and sometimes in their panic swim around you. Now imagine about 3 or 4 or 12 sailfish with their huge sword snouts are chasing those. They turn on a dime and man they're fast. The water is an amazing azure blue and when you get a glimpse of the dive boat from under the waterline you can see two propellers.

It was a little like that.
