Includes tank (which has a built in skimmer, heater, pumps, overflow, NO-sump), lights (current USA Compact Flourescents custom designed for the tank), glass lid, stand (the nice one from Current USA), sand and 30ish pounds of live rock (the tank is still running so the rock and sand are both "living"). pm me if interested or call 250-999-3790. The tank is in Langley and I live in 100 Mile House, so pick up in the Lower Mainland is cool or I can deliver anywhere along the Canyon (and Kamloops) as well. Everything was brand new this summer so it is only like 6 months old tops.
