Hermit Crabs

I was just wondering if anyone feeds their hermit crabs and what they feed them because my hermits dont eat any food except algae really, but maybe im doing something wrong, any ideas. By the way they're blue legged.

Don't worry about them, They are mostly if not only algae eaters. :biggrin:

Mine all go ape-poop when I toss the sinking pellets into the tank for the fish. They barrel down the rockscape and either crawl to the sand or DROP off the ledges onto the sand or my corals to get the pellets. I'd love for them to eat algae!

ya mine used to crawl down the rocks to get the pellets but now they just ignore it, guess they're eating hair algae, i have minimal amounts of i though, but i guess its enough.
