Ok... so I have been unsuccessful hosting my Ocellaris clowns this far. In my new 70 gallon... I plan to put an anemone in first and allow it to settle before adding more coral and what not.

I want to add a long tentacle... as I like the "long" tentacles.. but want to ensure that there is not a better choice for my clowns.

Up til now they were hosting in a frogspawn so I hope by putting the nem in... then the clowns and nothing else... that they will take to the nem and avoid my corals.

Any advice on hosting and suitable/ideal anemones is appreciated.

try similar type corals. Mine play in branching hammer, and even will sit in fuzzy mushrooms like its an anenome.
Actually right now my 4 clowns host in a forest of pulsing zenia and a green bta.
the bta`s only big enough for 1 so the unlucky 3 get the zenia.
