Anyone ever use the Hanna ultra low range phosphate colorimeter?

Looks pretty nifty and very useful for phosphate monitoring when running GFO.

0 to 0.2 ppm, +/- 0.01 ppm accuracy (not much better than a good test kit IMO, but convenient and you leave it to the meter to assign the number).

i have the LR phosphate meter, the bigger one.

Where did you get the 0.01ppm accuracy from? resolution is not accuracy. and not sure if ppb is the same as ppm.

but from what i remember, it's +/- 0.03ppm. I remember reading that some where.

.... and not sure if ppb is the same as ppm....

ppb is parts per billion, ppm is parts per million (units of proportion)

10 ppm = 10,000 ppb

Hanna states the accuracy is 10 ppb, which is 0.01 ppm

The unit is pretty cheap @ around $60.00, so I ordered one from goreef.com (a Canadian outfit, so you don't have to worry about customs brokers etc..)

There is also one for phosphate. Didn't know there was one for Phosphorus as well.
