I'm looking to buy a second Vortech MP40w. I have the ES but I am wondering if there are still any MP40w's (Non ES model) kicking around. If so, who is selling them? I'd like to get the flow of two pumps but save a few bucks. I know Oceanic was selling them for $419 a while back but I don't see any of them on the website now.

Keep searching the buy/sell forums for used units, even an MP20, which can be upgraded to MP40W quite easily with a driver and power supply. All I can help with at this time is with a used MP40W driver. I have two of them since I upgraded to the ES drivers, so if you can get hold of an MP20, I have a driver for you, then all you need is a power supply. I'm looking for an MP 20 myself, as a backup.

Sorry...No old MP40W stock as they have been replaced with the new MP40W ES, however, the new old stock MP20W pumps are $299 EA.

145.62 incl all taxes & shipping for two ES drivers from J&L. This was in March and if I recall correctly there was a special price for a limited time.

... The only reason I bought my second MP40W (For $499.00...) is because the retailer told me the upgrade would be around $20.00 when he gets them in .

The upgrades were at a minimum $65, at special. Never at $20 so I can understand why the dealer never got them in.

Thanks Ken,
Wish all stores were upfront like that, I'm pretty sure Danny from Wais just said that so I would pay $499.99 for the old stock of the 40s... Well I have some screaming to do:lol:.
