My Bicolor looks like he has a grey beard right now. Out of nowhere a bristle work came falling through the water column and I saw him try and eat the thing. Now he's got a lot of the bristles stuck under his mouth.

Will he be ok?

He'll probably be ok; in fact he could get a gig as a replacement for ZZ Top.

Seriously, unless it was a large worm he should be ok.

It should be fine. My midas got smacked pretty good by one of the resident giant bristle worms right when I got him. As soon as I put him in the tank he bee-lined for a nice hole in the rock; of course this is the same hole when the worm likes to hide out. His whole left side was covered in bristles. The cleaner shrimp plucked some of them off but for the most part the came out on their own and he was fine. Blennies in particular rub again rocks and the substrate quite a bit so the bristles will come out fairly quick.

First time I saw a fish try to eat a bristleworm it was one of my clowns and she had this :jaw: look on her face for a few minutes, mouth agape and all. She was fine after that.

my poor randall goby lives in the hole with its pistol shrimp and LOTS of bristleworm, I am sure your blenny is gonna be fine. And yes, it's body is constantly with alot of bristle from time to time... it HAS to be very itchy..... but she lived with them for 2.5 yrs

One of my clowns also tried eating one. Once. Only once.
