Eight 1000 milliamp cool white LED’s rated at 107 lumens each, six 750 milliamp royal blue LED’s rated at 100 lumens each, and 4 moonlight LEDS. These LED’s are rated at 50,000 operational hours. Which is 11.4 years at 12 hours per day. These LED’s produce no heat so the stock fans are not needed resulting in a very quiet operation.
Optimal placement determined by Quantum PAR meter. Photosynthetic active radiation exceeds that of the stock lid, hence the lid can support Stoney Corals which the stock lid cannot do.
