So I have a 2 tank in-wall freshwater setup that I will be converting to salt.
90 gallon on top and 75 sump below. The sump will have a viewable sump.

The original setup looks like this:

So the dimensions of the tank are
48" X 15" X 24" High

Not an idea size for a sump.

33" X 12" Fuge area
16" X 15" Drain / Skimmer Section

When you look at the video ignore the strange angle on the fuge section. That will be a straight notch. The tank will be drilled with a hole in the back of the return section.

The two white pipes are the drains from the tank. It is actually 1 drain with it split and will have a slower flow to the fuge.

I hope it works out for me. Any thoughts? Here is the video of the design. Please excuse the really bad Google Sketchup work.

I think I forgot to mention that the grey baffle is actually egg crate (near where the Chaeto is)
