I've decided to tear down my 12 gallon nano tank... I've got a few pounds of live sand, several mushrooms (blue or brown/green), a nice piece of xenia, and a few zoa frags that need to go asap. Open to offers. For anyone who may be interested, hardware will be up for grabs soon.

Update... I've got someone coming to take a look tomorrow night. I'll post an update tomorrow evening with what's left.
