He is a huge sucker, just found him in my canister filter behind the sponge :) Should I keep him?

Hmmm, mine look fuzzier than that, like the smaller one in your pic's background.

I don't know.

pretty big but I would leave it right where you found it . It will eat all the rotting stuff in your filter

Yeah there is another smaller one there and theres 3 more on the other side. I have them contained in a bucket now. I am with Wingin It with the killing idea. One more vote would seal the deal.

Whats the most humain way to do it?

Keep her she is looking after getting rid of the detritus in your tank.

In addition she is providing eggs and larvae regularly. Your coral appreciate this natural food source.

I don't mind them in my main reef but remove any from my zoa tank, the polychaete family is just to diverse (With over 10000 species) so I don't trust them around my softies.

Do I put her in the main tank?

This type of worm will eat all the stuff where your cuc would not be able to get at like in your sand in the tiny holes in your rock they are good to keep. dump them in your tank or back in the filter

Keep it. I've seen a large bristle worm mow down an inch square patch of hair algae in less then an hour.

Well they are headed back into the tank then! The big one is probley at least 10cm long when streched out. Hoping they will do some good. At the very least its more natural. Thanks
