I have two 400W vertex electronic ballasts, 1 year old.

I want two 250W electronic ballasts

Looking for anyone interested in a straight up trade. The requirements of the tank have changed and I'm just looking for a downgrade, nothing is wrong with this equipment.


I have 2 250w HQI ballasts that won't fire any bulbs?


Seriously though, I was just looking at the vertex 400's on JL website, are they an ok ballast?
