I have for sale a mint condition AquaMedic 72" fixture with 1 month old bulbs . It's all metal halide (3x250w and 2x150w). The fixture is in great shape.

3 ballasts are included to simulate dusk/dawn. the ballasts control 2x150w, 1x250, 2x250.

quote from website:

"The Oceanlight Metal Halide Combo series is a staff favorite here at Aqua Medic USA. By using smaller wattage HQI bulbs (20K) nested between the larger wattage primary HQI bulbs (10K) dramatic gains in color mixing and depth of punch are achieved. Do you want your dawn and dusk lighting periods to dance? Enjoy, for the first time, the magical shimmer lines you get from your daylights, now gracing your morning and evening blue effects. For those taking advantage of all the new mid-Kelvin HQI offerings by forgoing a mix of bulbs colors, instead running a single bulb color across the entire system, the 4' 2x250 and 6' 4x250 systems offer ideal alternatives to a row of pendants. The Oceanlight Metal Halide Combos now include our Oceanballast M magnetic ballasts and bulb."

Hey guys,

shipping to edmonton/vancouver is ~$50 including $600 insurance with canadapost.

I'm selling because i picked up a solaris unit for my tank, thought i would try out the led's as my tank is mixed with mostly softies and lps...

btw, i don't think i mentioned in the original post, the bulbs are all geismann.

what kind of ballast are they?

hey Milad,

the ballasts are the original AquaMedic electronic ballasts. The fixture is ~3 years old, and has never given me an issue. works great. One thing though, all the bulbs are 20k, when i replaced the 250's i went with 20k as i prefer the look.

thanks!
