I bought this anemone in January and I can't remember the name of it. It was quite white when I bought it, but has since now turned a creamy brown color. It has purple/blueish tips, that do bubble abit once the lights are on. Then tentacles aren't very long though, only about 1/2 inch. Its grown a lot since I bought it and I think its doing good. Let me know what you think. The first picture is what it looks like as of today, the other is when I first bought it.http://i876.photobucket.com/albums/ab323/JenLab83/IMG_0302.jpg My lights are already off in this picture, that's why the tentacles are deflated.

I agree. I was googling and I'm pretty sure its a sebea. I wish my clowns would host it. It was on the sand bed and has since moved up to the rock and seems to be happy there now since switching my lights to MH. It hasn't moved since. Do these ones have a strong sting? I occl'y have my hand in my tank and end up brushing my fingers against it and all it does is stick and try to grab my fingers, but no stings...yet!

thanks for the quick id

Should be ok for your clowns.

Clowns will take a few minutes to a few months to find an anemone, my Darwins took about 3 months.
